Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer a refund. In some cases, an exchange or credit note may be provided, please email hello@kinandco.uk for assistance.
Returns guidelines
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- All returned items must be in an unused, original condition and with original packaging for resale. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items not meeting these conditions or for damage caused during return transit. Please ensure fragile items are well packaged before returning.
- Non- refundable items: Custom designed products made to order cannot be returned.
- Postage costs are non refundable and returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
- Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected.
- Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the return.
- Web orders can be returned in store, however PayPal payments can only be refunded online and can take a few working days to process, you will receive an email notification. PayPal purchases can be exchanged in store for another item or credit note.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hrs of delivery.
- provide photographic evidence of the damage including the packaging.
- Please wait for instructions from us with regards to sending the item back, If we require the item back we will inform you and refund the postage costs.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged within the 30 day period.
Gift cards are non refundable.
