Tanzanian hand woven Kikoy cloths

This beautiful Tanzanian kikoy cloth can be worn as a scarf or hammam towel or works equally well around the home used as a picnic blanket or table cloth to add a bright flash of colour to kitchens, bathrooms or gardens, also perfect for the beach. Loomed exclusively for artisans & adventurers by a small women's weaving association in rural Tanzania. 100% Tanzanian cotton, spun & dyed by hand on a traditional wooden loom. Sizing: 185 x 112cm Our Tanzanian throws & table cloths are made using 100% Tanzanian cotton. They can be machine washed on your coolest cycle (30 degrees and below). The cotton will become softer with every wash. Due to the nature of the weave you'll need to be careful when machine washing them. Always place them inside a delicates bag or pillowcase to avoid any snagging. Always wash with similar colours & iron on a medium heat. Not suitable for tumble drying or dry cleaning, leave your textiles to dry naturally. Avoid placing in direct sunlight as it may cause the dye to fade slightly.
